Join us on Monday, November 24th to kick off the holiday season and the Tuscaloosa's One Place Tinsel Trail! Tree lighting will begin at 5:30 p.m. Skaters, coaches, officials, and family from our entire league will be available to meet and chat with about our upcoming January recruitments! Tuscaloosa's One Place Tinsel Trail 2025 is presented by Buffalo Rock, The City of Tuscaloosa, and University Medical Center. 

Join us for our second home bout of the season on April 12th at Bobby Miller Center in Tuscaloosa. DCD will be taking on Muscogee Roller Girls visiting us from Columbus, Georgia! We expect to add an unsanctioned scrimmage, bout, or exhibition for our juniors with additional details on the timeline of the day coming soon!

Did y'all think Druid City Brewing wouldn't do a chili cook-off this year?! Well, you thought wrong! It's all happening soon on March 15th! This year the'y’re teaming up to support us at Druid City Roller Derby to bring y'all one heck of a chili tasting event, so don't miss out on this one!

Join us for Druid City Derby’s season opener with a double header! Druid City Derby will take on Huntsville’s Rocket City Roller Derby following a junior bout with our own Daredevils against Birmingham’s Steel City Slayers. Doors open at 2:00 PM, tickets are $15 at the door. Tickets will apply to one or both bouts depending on the time of your arrival.

Join us on skates at Tuscaloosa’ Super Skate at 5900 McFarland Blvd E, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405 on January 13 and 15, 2025, 6-8pm. Our junior team is open gender and there's no "try out" to pass, you just need to show up, introduce yourself, and give it a shot! We’re looking for kids and teens ages 10-17 and there is absolutely no prior skating or roller derby experience needed to join. Juniors are required to be in full gear to skate during recruitment which includes helmet, wrist guards, elbow pads, and knee pads; we have loaner gear free to try out and $5 skate rentals will be available. Parents and Junior Representatives are encouraged to stay through junior recruitment to learn more about roller derby and how they can get involved. RSVP on Facebook today!
